I welcome the opportunity to endorse Mrs. Desiree Simpson.  When I opened my store in May of 2012 she was my first accountant assigned to my store by the CBA home office.  She was the most patient and understanding individual I could have hoped to be partnered with for my daily, weekly and monthly accounting entries as a new franchisee.

She was a solid source of knowledge and experience as I went through this process. I am a very thorough person with a lot of questions and contingency planning in my DNA. Desiree handled my questions and concerns in a very proactive and effective manner. I could always count on her being on top of things. In most situations, she had answers, based on her knowledge and experience. She cares and that is obvious in her actions.
